PintUp Customer Terms

These Customer Terms apply when you use PintUp to collect stamps or redeem rewards with a business or venue using PintUp (the Establishment). PintUp is operated by Geltzo Limited (the Provider, we, us).

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or using PintUp, you agree to these Customer Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PintUp.

2. Eligibility and responsible drinking

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use PintUp in connection with alcohol rewards.
  • Drink responsibly. Establishments may refuse service, including for intoxication, safety, age verification, or legal compliance.

3. Who provides the rewards

PintUp is a digital loyalty tool. Rewards are offered and provided by the Establishment, not by Geltzo Limited. Any contract for a Reward is between you and the Establishment.

4. Stamps, Tokens, expiry, and value

  • Stamps and Tokens are earned according to the Establishment's scheme rules shown in the PintUp interface for that establishment.
  • Tokens can expire. The expiry date will be shown in your wallet.
  • Tokens have no cash value, are not a bank account or stored value product, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Tokens are for use only with the Establishment that issued them and are subject to availability and house rules.

5. Redeeming a reward

Redemption typically requires you to generate a time-limited redemption code and present it to staff. The Establishment may apply conditions shown in the scheme (for example, reward description, value limits, availability, and house rules).

6. Refusal of service and disputes

The Establishment may refuse service where permitted or required by law, including for safety, intoxication, or age verification. Disputes about reward fulfilment should be raised with the Establishment. We may investigate technical issues, but we do not control fulfilment.

7. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
  • Do not share redemption codes with strangers or post them publicly.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attempt to redeem Tokens you did not earn;
  • attempt to guess codes, use automation, or interfere with the service;
  • use PintUp in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, a security risk, or unlawful activity.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these Customer Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, PintUp is provided on an "as is" basis and we are not liable for losses arising from the Establishment's acts or omissions, including refusal of service or reward fulfilment.

12. Governing law

These Customer Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these Customer Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
