1. Service Description

PintUp provides a digital loyalty stamp card platform for pubs and their customers. Pub owners subscribe to use the platform, and customers can earn stamps and redeem rewards at participating venues.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PintUp. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Pub owners must have valid UK business registration.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Pub owners are responsible for managing device access and PINs securely.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pub subscriptions are billed monthly at the then-current rate. A free trial period is offered to new subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Loyalty Rewards

Rewards (free pints) are subject to the participating pub's terms. PintUp is not responsible for the redemption or value of rewards. Rewards may expire as configured by the pub owner.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not attempt to manipulate stamp counts, share codes fraudulently, or interfere with the platform. Violation may result in account termination.
